Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability
Subject to the terms below, MaxRamps (“Manufacturer”) warrants that the Product
conforms to Manufacturer’s published specifications and is free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE MADE.
MaxRamps products purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from MaxRamps
are backed by a one-year warranty. This warranty is limited to solely the repair or
replacement of manufacturer defects and does not cover damage to a car, personal
injury, labor, or any other damage or injury. MaxRamps is not responsible for damage or
injuries caused by improper or unintended use. MaxRamps shall not be responsible for
consequential damage or costs. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This
warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser (other than for
resale).
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:
1) Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or use beyond
rated capacity.
2) Improper or unintended use.
3) Cuts, gouges, abrasions or surface wear caused by tires, tools, heat, or improper contact.
4) Extreme chemicals.
5) Improper storage.
6) Cosmetic blemishes or minor surface irregularities that do not affect functionality.
7) Normal wear and tear.
8) Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
9) Damage caused by natural disasters.
10) Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, personal injury, loss of time, or other expenses.
PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Keep and provide proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
2) Inspect product upon receipt and inform of shortages within 10 days of delivery or defects within 10 days of discovery.
3) Use and maintain the product per the owner’s manual.
4) Submit claims in writing within the above timeframes. Submissions
not within the above timeframes are deemed waived.
MaxRamps continues to conduct research and development on products whereby
specifications are subject to change without notice.
