• Order Processing Time
  • All in-stock items are processed in 1-2 business days.
  • Backordered items will process within 1-2 business days of stock being available to ship.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • All items and orders ship from our Escanaba, Michigan location and standard carrier times will apply.
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, severe weather, or carrier issues, which are out of the control of MaxRamps.

• Shipping Distinations
  • At this time MaxRamps.com ships only to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

• Damages & Lost Packages
  • MaxRamps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
  • Please save all packaging materials nad damaged goods before filiing a claim.
